CHAPTER 1 @ PULSE
- Send us your Chapter 1 (emailed as a .doc file to info@catcher.me) and tell us what genre it might fit into.
- Your Chapter 1 will be posted on our website with the facility to be read and pre-ordered by others. You will be given an exclusive link to your webpage, which you can then email to whomever you wish.
- Based upon your own book production spec, we will have calculated your Pre-Order Target (the number of pre-orders you'll need to cover the cost of publishing an agreed number of copies of your book) and show you how close you are to your target with the 'Are we there yet?' bar.

- You can help to market your book by asking family, friends and colleagues (anywhere in the world) to visit the website & pre-order a copy of your book. (They’ll only be spending a few pounds – and they get a First Edition copy of your book in return!)
- When you have the required number of pre-orders, we will then publish your book and despatch it to your fans across the world.
- We will send you a written Production Specification/Agreement for signature/return before setting your web page up (i.e. with your Chapter 1, Book Synopsis, Author Bio and Pre-Order Facility) and ask for a small contribution of £45 (or equivalent) towards the cost of doing this.
- Meanwhile your published book will be sold in First Edition @ Pulse and, if further online pre-orders are achieved, we will offer you a Publishing Contract with a 40% royalty payment (i.e. 40% of cover price x books sold without deduction) and print more copies of your book.
- We will then be aiming to keep your book in print.
